1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bdgil ("bdgil", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at bdgil.io. These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with bdgil, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, wagering, bonus participation, and use of all games, features, and services available on the platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the bdgil platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bdgil enforces a strict minimum age policy. Underage gambling is illegal and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
• You must be acting as a private individual and not as a commercial agent, business entity, or professional bettor exploiting systematic inefficiencies in the platform's odds.
• You must not be currently self-excluded from bdgil or any other gambling platform as part of an active self-exclusion arrangement.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of bdgil complies with all laws in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former employee of bdgil, or an immediate family member of any such employee, unless prior written authorisation has been obtained from bdgil management.

bdgil reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Where satisfactory documentation cannot be provided, or where bdgil has reasonable grounds to believe that eligibility requirements have not been met, bdgil may suspend or permanently close the account and retain any funds pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the bdgil platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether in your own name or using alternate identities — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, bdgil reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and withhold any outstanding balances pending a full investigation.

When registering your account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, valid mobile number, and preferred payment method details. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. bdgil will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

bdgil reserves the right to carry out identity verification ("KYC" — Know Your Customer) checks at any time, including at the point of first withdrawal request or when unusual account activity is detected. KYC documentation may include a government-issued national ID, passport, or driver's licence, as well as proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC checks may result in account suspension and delay of withdrawals until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

bdgil accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer (BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank), and international card payments via Visa and Mastercard where supported. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳).

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction via mobile wallet. Mobile wallet deposits are typically reflected in your account balance within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedules of the relevant financial institution.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 4 hours during normal operating hours. bdgil does not charge processing fees on mobile wallet withdrawals; however, your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bdgil accepts no responsibility.

All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own legal name. Third-party payments — meaning deposits or withdrawals conducted through an account or wallet belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Any such transactions, if detected, will be reversed and the relevant account subjected to a full compliance review.

bdgil applies anti-money laundering ("AML") controls to all financial transactions on the platform. Deposits that appear inconsistent with normal player behaviour, or withdrawals that cannot be reconciled with a legitimate gaming history, may be subject to enhanced due diligence checks and temporary processing holds. bdgil cooperates with all applicable financial crime prevention requirements.

Withdrawals will only be approved once any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds have been fully satisfied. Funds that remain subject to active wagering requirements will be clearly indicated in your account balance summary.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the bdgil platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game type. General betting rules include the following:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the bdgil platform, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by market, event, and player account tier.

• For cricket markets, all BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers match betting is governed by the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC, or BCCI as applicable). Rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method applications, and official match abandonments are handled in accordance with bdgil's cricket-specific betting rules, available on request from support.
• bdgil reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single event, accumulator, or combination bet. These limits will be communicated in the relevant market rules.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

bdgil offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, eligible game contributions, and maximum withdrawal caps.

General bonus conditions that apply across all bdgil promotions unless the specific offer states otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and must be wagered through the specified number of times before any withdrawal can be requested against bonus-derived winnings.
• Only one welcome bonus per player, per household, and per payment method is permitted. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times using different accounts or payment details constitute bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all associated funds.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct and will result in the immediate suspension of your account, forfeiture of any associated balance, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets, interact with the casino, or exploit promotional offers.
• Arbitrage Abuse: Systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies across markets or taking advantage of clearly erroneous odds in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to claim bonuses multiple times, using multiple accounts, or employing low-risk staking strategies specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements rather than engage in genuine play.
• Money Laundering: Using bdgil as a vehicle to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds obtained from criminal activity. bdgil has zero tolerance for money laundering and will report suspicious activity in accordance with applicable law.
• Fraud: Use of stolen payment credentials, fraudulent chargebacks, identity theft, or any other form of financial deception.

bdgil does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows, technical incidents, or third-party service interruptions may result in temporary unavailability of betting markets or casino games. bdgil will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned downtime in advance and to restore services promptly following any incident.

Gambling inherently involves financial risk. bdgil does not guarantee any return on wagers placed and accepts no responsibility for financial losses incurred through normal use of the platform. Players should only gamble with funds they can afford to lose.

12. Termination

Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

bdgil reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

13. Changes to Terms

bdgil reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
